Legislative Decree 81/2008 Health surveillance consists in the evaluation of the specific suitability of worker for the job by ascertaining the health conditions of the worker according to the risk that his job entails. The evaluation includes preventive (carried out both before hiring and before the change of job) and periodic (carried out at time intervals) and consist of a clinical examination (medical examination) and diagnostic investigations. these assessments are assessed for the purpose of verifying the absence of contraindications to the job for which the subject is intended, in order to assess the suitability of the subject.
